I have an amazing support system. My Regional Leader Sharla is the best mentor I have ever had throughout my career. She lives by our core values and actively supports me with challenging situations. I’m encouraged to be solution oriented and am not micromanaged. I’m given the autonomy to manage my district in a way that works for me. I get to spend time with my Pros training and I also help out Behind The Chair and get to know the residents at all of my communities. I love getting to know the staff, families and Pros at each community.

Cons

I drive a lot. There is not mileage reimbursement. I put 27,00 miles on my car in 10 months all of it work related. The salary could be higher due to the mileage/gas, and workload.

I love working for this company! They are kind, energetic, supportive. I love the communities i have worked in and currently work in. The clients and staff are great!!!

Cons

The only downside is losing the clients when they pass away.
