Pros

Wholly owned subsidiary of US Airways, soon to be American with the merger. Willing to hire mechanics fresh out of school. Good benefits including non-rev travel privileges. Good company training program for new hires.

Cons

Regional airline comes with regional airline pay. Only three maintenance bases to choose from at this time. Pretty good overall.

Very family oriented, great company to work for! Great management! Tries hard to accommodate schedules.

Cons

Reserve time was too long! Too many hours away from family! No overtime available!

Paid training , buddy passes , one week of vacation after 1 year and 2 years 2 weeks and 5 years 3 weeks

Cons

Low pay highest payment you can receive is 19.05 lowest i have heard so far. They do not gly internationally so your checks are small.
