Pros

Working with passengers is pleasant during flight. Most of the pilots are excellent and pleasant to work with. Having the possibility of a flexible schedule and free travel passes are positives.

Cons

Company has taken a fun little job and removed most of the 'fun' parts. Management is understaffed. Pay is low, most F/As must supplement and could still qualify for govt. assistance. Notice in Pros the word possibility.... company/contract rules limit that flexibility and load factors are about 85%, making free travel difficult to get on the flight you desire.

Nice Management, company is growing so there are many of opportunities for growth in the company, no employee has ever been let go because of cuts. Amazing flight benefits

Would like to see more raises based on work ethic instead of a chart
