Pros

Pays well, flight benefits and wholly owned status means that hopefully the company is more resilient during economic turmoil. Training has gotten a lot better

Cons

Scheduling has gone down hill, way less flexibility. Company is understaffed and communicates otherwise. Union feels toothless at times

love this regional and all passengers on our flights

Cons

up and down east coast and during hurricane season lots and lots delays and cancellations and sitting so only see clt and your home
