Pros

Good travel benefits, base locations are nice

Cons

Training is a joke... very disorganized and unprofessional. Indoc: instructors used the"F-bomb" constantly and told more dirty jokes regardless of the women in the class. The taught pretty much nothing. Systems: the instructors did nothing but read off the slides. IPT: the equipment constantly malfunctioned. The instructors could not teach anything but rather expected use to somehow know the proper way to conduct the entire flight block to block. I have been through airline training previously and PSA's training was so terrible on so many levels. Most of the instructors are either old guys long since retired who have never flown the CRJ or they are (totally serious here) folks who have failed out of the training program. PSA actually is bringing in their failures to be instructors!

Pros

HR contacted me in advance to talk with me about the wage because it is so low. From what i can tell, this could be a very good place to work if they paid more. Fast growing airlines!!!

Cons

Starting was going to be between 48,000 and 50,000. WAY under what it should be. It should be a sign to PSA when your HR has to contact people in advance to warn them of low pay.

Pros

Travel benefits, not your typical 9-5 desk job

Cons

Schedule is not very flexible, especially if you want to buddy bid. The crj-200 is a horrible, hot aircraft and being the only flight attendant on board is stressful. PSA is a wholly owned subsidiary, so you're the forgotten step-child of American Airlines.
