      My company was acquired by SGS Corp.

      Pros

      I received one extra week of vacation, and safety was improved in our lab.

      Cons

      We felt abandoned by our acquirer. We they did come to our lab. They made lots of promise and didn't deliver on any of them.

      You work with good people, company cares about your safety. Benefits or 401k and Medical plan.

      Cons

      It is contract work so you could have to re-locate at a time if that employer moves on..
