This company truly believes in creating a family oriented culture. We have company picnics, recognition dinners, employee events, etc.. The growth in this company & our industry is very exciting!

We don't have an intranet which can make it tough sometimes to find things.

Helps you to get a job in plant after a year.

Cons

Training is poor and the dock group is not guaranteed 40 hours a week. Companies pay overtime where you work,but it is not payed to employees until you work 40 hours. Long hours,sometimes 16 hour shifts and very boring. Management is terrible very unorganized and dock group not valued at all and work is not fairly distributed. Dispatch frequently makes mistakes on hours worked when called in.
