      Pros

      Pay is decent for entree. Safety is a huge priority. Stability on hours and work.

      The work is fairly mundane. Not sure on the opportunities for growth.

      Pros

      Work alone, gain some great field experience in operations.

      Cons

      Pay to much for what we do but they dont pay us enough for our responsibility. The last two office jobs, (safety coordinator) were hired from the outside instead of promoting inside employees which really damaged moral. No sick time, first year no vacation time, 2 year we get 40 hours.
