Pros
PSC has a great network of suppliers and customers. Jobs available in many states, and areas of expertise.
Cons
Newer management has taken over from the founders and are 100% about profit, not employees. They recently let go a 38 year employee without cause and offered no severance. The fact is, newer employees don't make as much which brings up profit margins. Management seems to be focused on making bonuses for increased profits at the expense of tenured employees.
