Pros
Shiny building, but nothing inside.
Cons
Incompetent leadership, excludes and not diversifies, good old boys club mind set. It is an organization not for growth but doing things the old way. Progress is demoted, stagnation is promoted. Industry buzz words are tossed internally to boost employee morale, but they do not follow what they preach. Drive by, pass and do not stop there for any career advancements.
