Pros
PSCU and management are great at providing flexibilty in the work schedule. PSCU as a company has great growth potential in the industry and that provides employees with an extra sense of work security. PSCU likes to promote from within and likes to have a solid knowledgable employees base. Most employees end up staying with PSCU for a long time.
Cons
Health Benefits are just enough but could be better. Changes often take longer to implement and communication could be better when it to the implimentation of them.
