Pros
PSCU had a good working environment, co-workers were friendly and management was competent. The new facility was nice, and a good size for the number of employees in the Phoenix location.
Cons
In our area, very rarely did they do anything for the employee to reward or motivate. In other areas they were great about that, and it was dissatisfying to see that our immediate supervisors did very little of that.
