I work for PSCU because of their commitment to their employees' WORK/LIFE balance. PSCU has an impeccable way of gaging how to BEST serve the needs/desires of its employees (and their consumer base). There is ALWAYS some correspondence that is sent out designed to address concerns and to gather feedback. THEIR MOTO: "YOU ASKED...WE LISTENED" makes them A-1.

Cons

There is NO VALID CON for PSCU other than the nature of the needs of the Business that it deals with. There will ALWAYS be adverse reactions when dealing with diversity in the FINANCIAL sector for the numerous Credit Unions (and some other Financial Institutions) that it services.
