Pros
PSCU has invested a substantial amount of time, energy, and money into making this a great place to work. In the past couple of years, the company has made our onsite gym facilities free to all employees, installed a coffee bar in one of lobbies (free coffee/tea and $1 specialty drinks), and offered us a significant discount on our health insurance premiums for doing simple things like getting an annual check-up and either becoming or remaining smoke-free.
Cons
LIke many companies, we are experiencing some growing pains as we move from a small to a mid-size company.
