      PSCU has been a fantastic company to work for over the past 8 years. I have been presented with many career opportunities and a clear advancement path. The company provides excellent benefits and encourages a good work/life balance.

      Pros

      Excellent facilities, inspired CEO, wonderful vision by founder Dave Serlo. Hard working and dedicated professional staff. The organization has the attention of the members and the resources to make a big difference to stand out in the industry as a leader and innovator.

      Cons

      Too many VPs - very top-heavy organization. IT management has serious infestation of Ole' Boy network that has chased away truly good talent. They miss too many opportunities to be GREAT.

      too many chiefs, too much departmental feudalism and not enough cooperation and communication.
