      Pros

      Great work/life balance Company/management cares about employees Progressive company perspective with DEI/Inclusion Company growth is not stagnant

      Cons

      Departments are still working through how to equally balance internal workloads among teams. Some teams are reluctant to change. Company does the Pledge of Allegiance for corporate meetings and this is not inclusive to all of our employee base and seems archaic.
