Pros

PSCU on all level of management makes sure employees know they are about their well-being and puts emphasis and equal pay, good training and advance personal development, including welcoming a diverse workforce.

Cons

Company is growing quickly and therefore communication between departments are sometimes slow to catch up to the new demands additional employees place on the work place. sometimes departments are not pulled in for feedback on new processes early enough to tweak the process before it goes live.

Pros

Company has good health/dental benefits.

Cons

1. Sink or swim environment 2. Many agents/managers/leads are robotic 3. Communication across the channels are not in sync 4. You are a seat warmer 5. Schedule does not change so don’t look for 4/6 month “window” 6. Shift swapping with fellow agents are a joke 7. Redundant calls make for a boring day to day shift 8. Email central to much to read 9. 30 minute lunches are not enough 10. No break between calls
