Pros

PSCU is an incredibly inclusive, generous, supportive and fulfilling company to work for. When I started working at PSCU it felt like home; being based out of FL, anytime a hurricane comes through they have always set up and made available cases of water for every employee. During Covid they went above and beyond to make sure EVERY employee was taken care of and had the necessary means to move to working from home with ease. It was during these important and impactful moments where you see the action behind our motto reigns true, "Our Employees are our greatest asset". PSCU embodies that to the fullest.

Cons

If I had to pick a con, I would simply be nitpicking; every "job" comes with cons, none of them would turn me away from wanting to genuinely work here.

Pros

None at all period, done!

Cons

The amount of work they expect is insane, 170 -200 calls a day, spreadsheets w 70 names, much mail, and about 25 more small duties. No matter what I did it was not enough. I was not supposed to take breaks, work non stop 8-5. I was supposed to get in 15 min before my shift, yet could not get paid until 8 am. The trainer was worse than a drill sergeant. I couldn't leave my desk to go the bathroom and warm up my coffee, 1 item as at time as I was to be glued to the phones. They let me go and my recruiter told me it was I missed 2 items the day before! I shared a desk, it was full, I didn't even have a drawer that was mine, I had a large bag and just took my notes and notebook and binder w me each night. I've an MBA, was a VP in 2 careers, work very fast n efficient, nothing was good enough, 4 weeks!

Pros

Great work-life balance, amazing team mates, wonderful leaders.

Cons

I don't have any cons, per se. This is the first job I have ever had that featured all remote training. It was just a little difficult to get used to.
