      honestly nothing at all. its depressing

      Cons

      terrible management. they literally dont care about people. 5 people died while i worked there, including someone who died while on a call. they were replaced within the week. incredibly depressing and alot, i mean ALOT of favoritism. id rather work LITERALLY anywhere else than ever go back

      The work is really simple and easy basic customer service job.

      Cons

      I feel that we can't help people as much as the company would like us to believe the majority of the time we have to refer customers to a department that's closed only open during business hours. We can only help people with very few things causing great dissatisfaction among customers leading employees to be unsatisfied with the job they have. For this reason I have began looking for better opportunities elsewhere.
