Pros

Unlimited OT Welcoming management Great work/life balance Great benefits Team bonus Extensive training (the trainer Evan is FANTASTIC)

Cons

Very heavy call volume (if you are not comfortable with taking back to back calls ALL day and working in a fast pace environment this may not be the job for you) As with any call center, there are good and bad days. There are constant moving pieces/changes. If you are not acceptant of change, again this may not be the job for you.

Pros

PSCU takes pride in their employees and offer significant benefits ranging from generous PTO, Health, 401k matching options and personal assistance with financial, EAP and well-being services . I sincerely feel PSCU cares for its employees and it's noticeable in the actions they take in diversity, inclusion and community outreach. During environmental conditions, such as bad weather or the Covid-19 pandemic, they take steps to ensure employees are able to take care of their families and homes first, then offer ways to support you going forward, like working from home, offering financial support for those that qualify, etc. PSCU executes and takes pride in their core values of service excellence, passion, leadership, trust and innovation. PSCU continuously communicates what's going on with the company and offers fun activities for employees to engage with each other, such as workshops, sharing blogs and on-site engagement events.

Cons

I can't think of a single downside to working with/for PSCU.
