Pros

This is a company that truly cares about its employees and treats them like family. As an employee, my opinion matters, my feedback matters. Plenty of opportunities for advancement or even career changes.

Cons

Employees spread across many areas. As much as I love working remotely, it would be nice to get the employees together more often instead of just once per year. (once the pandemic is over). Developing working relationships is enhanced when co-workers can interact in person on a regular basis.
