Pros

This is a great company to work for for many reasons. Employees are valued and heard and supervisors and management are supportive and helpful. The benefits are great. Company offers excellent career opportunities

Cons

In relation to recent pay increases in many industries, the company lags behind and pay per hour is low when considering the skills required and responsibilities involved with this position. Naturally, the excellent benefits does somewhat make up for this.

Pros

PSCU is an incredibly inclusive, generous, supportive and fulfilling company to work for. When I started working at PSCU it felt like home; being based out of FL, anytime a hurricane comes through they have always set up and made available cases of water for every employee. During Covid they went above and beyond to make sure EVERY employee was taken care of and had the necessary means to move to working from home with ease. It was during these important and impactful moments where you see the action behind our motto reigns true, "Our Employees are our greatest asset". PSCU embodies that to the fullest.

Cons

If I had to pick a con, I would simply be nitpicking; every "job" comes with cons, none of them would turn me away from wanting to genuinely work here.

Pros

Great work-life balance, amazing team mates, wonderful leaders.

Cons

I don't have any cons, per se. This is the first job I have ever had that featured all remote training. It was just a little difficult to get used to.
