      Pros

      Great culture and atmosphere, strong focus on wellness.

      Cons

      More of a con for their industry - servicing credit unions with back office process and consulting. The credit union industry is fairly conservative and slower moving. However, the world at large moves at a much faster pace, so it is often a challenge for PSCU to strike a balance - to move the CUs along as fast as possible without them feeling like we are moving them too fast.

      Pros

      Company and employee ethics are high. Internal and external focus - meaning that it's equally important to the business that both employees and clients are satisfied.

      Cons

      Over the years there have been organizational shifts or directions that certainly were not the best paths chosen for the company, negatively impacting employee and client satisfaction levels. I think that changed for the better when Chuck Fagan returned to PSCU as our CEO. The industry of Credit Unions seems to be shrinking so I hope we are doing enough fast enough to make small, yet significant shifts to remain relevant to the community banking industry in general and really stand out above all the rest. That seems to be the case so thumbs up.
