Pros

Pay is good and they will give you plenty hours.

Cons

They only offered me a FT schedule when I was a FT student in school and customers were always very angry and rude.

Pros

Remote work with management that trusts you to get the work done. If you show that you are diligent, responsible, reliable and trustworthy you will not be micro-managed. The company cares about the well-being of employees and work/life balance. The pay scale and benefits are competitive and decent.

Cons

If you are new coming in, remote work can be isolating. You have to make an effort to engage with others and it is not always easy. You may not receive a lot of direction, so you need to be a responsible, self-starter. If you do not have a college degree or specific experience in financial business, your opportunities to expand into new positions or for promotion are very limited.

Pros

Yearly bonuses, anonymous surveys seeking employee feedback, focus on training and development, good health benefits, 401k and HSA match.

Cons

Sometimes this company or leaders within it are quite vocal about their political and social views which can bring more division than unity. Also the culture overall is a positive one however there are times when negative or toxic employee behavior (i.e. bad attitude, bullying) is ignored when an employee is a top performer. At times it feels like we are underpaid considering how many hats we wear and how busy we are (volume of classes, participants).
