Pros

PSCU emphasizes the value of their employees and tries their best to take care of them while balancing the demands of the business - while that may not always be possible and I'm sure it varies across departments, it's always on the radar. They value diversity and are trying to build it further. You're pretty much guaranteed a bonus because we always hit our corporate numbers. Benefits are good - PTO is the best of any company I've been at.

Cons

Because we always hit our numbers and the news is always good, there's little motivation for significant operational improvements. Bonuses are paid even if people aren't meeting expectations which is demotivating for achievers.

Pros

The overall culture and employee-focused environment has kept me at PSCU for over twenty years. Where we spend our time building our future is up to us and I wouldn't have stayed if this was lacking as my employer.

Cons

I can't really think of any downsides to be honest. Every company has work for improvement and we strive to better ourselves each year. And I strive to improve myself each year as well.

Pros

PSCU has an extreme strong culture that motivates and encourages employees to be their best each day. They offer a wide range of benefits from health care, employee well-being, to tuition reimbursement, and generous paid time off. 2020 has been a unique year for the nation and world. I am proud to be a part of organization who took a stance against social injustice and advocates for equality for all. They have taken great measures to help protect our employees by providing a safe and healthy workspace to work from, before, and especially during the pandemic. If you want to join a team who appreciates and encourages diversity, and a team think environment, PSCU is the place to be.

Cons

Continue to invest into technology, it will be the game changer for our future.
