I sincerely feel PSCU cares for its employees and it's noticeable in the actions they take in diversity, inclusion and community outreach. During environmental conditions, such as bad weather or the Covid-19 pandemic, they take steps to ensure employees are able to take care of their families and homes first, then offer ways to support you going forward, like working from home, offering financial support for those that qualify, etc. PSCU executes and takes pride in their core values of service excellence, passion, leadership, trust and innovation. PSCU continuously communicates what's going on with the company and offers fun activities for employees to engage with each other, such as workshops, sharing blogs and on-site engagement events.
