Pros

PSCU is an great place to work. Benefits are amazing and the culture is top notch. One of the few companies that I feel truly care about its employees.

Cons

It’s definitkey a sales culture so some of their solutions take a back seat to their money makers.

Pros

Great PTO time Great Work-life balance Great benefits (Dental,Vision,Health, 401k match is awesome) On-site gym Company events Excellent location Incredibly nice people Good pay Dress code is fairly casual

Cons

A little bit behind on technology most corporate intranet pages are outdated If you are new to the industry, you will have no idea what most of the areas do. unfortunately, PSCU does not have a program to learn more about the different areas. Even simple pages on the Intranet to describe what these departments do would be great. Need to emphasize career growth a little bit more. In general, seems that people just get complacent in their roles. That is a good and bad thing, depending on how you see it.
