Pros

Very focused on diversity, philanthropy, and ensuring that all employees have an equal chance to succeed. PSCU is a cooperative, meaning that they pass along their profits to members (credit unions) and invest mindfully in strategic solutions to keep the company competitive and relevant rather than pandering to shareholders. With the pandemic, PSCU was quick to implement a work from home model for all employees, including the contact centers and it was very well received. The management is really good and the entire company is very focused on doing the right things for its members. If you're looking for a place to work, I highly recommend PSCU.

Cons

I'm sure you can find some, but the benefits are significantly higher than any negative that you might find.
