Great employees Good entry level pay Great experience for people new to call centers

Cons

Advancement limited Supervisor pay is not indicative of the workload. The workload is well above the salary range. Management has lost touch with the employees' needs and instead drives a generic set of appeasing actions toward everyone thinking they are making the job a fun place to work.

Great people to work with, very friendly hard not to get together once in a while, even with previous employees.

Cons

Hard to get moving from position to another position(no promotions). No training at all, unless you do it your self at your own cost.
