Pros

Great benefits, friendly environment, quarterly incentives, referral bonuses and a very "pro-healthy" environment. They provide fresh fruit and infused water for their employees daily. Treadmills are available for employees to use during work hours and employees can sign up for a free gym membership.

Cons

Mandatory overtime is required for everyone.

Coworkers are great to work with.

Cons

Room for advancement is very small. Positions become available about every 8 months to a year and you must be liked and known by the right people to be considered. Sick days and PTO days are one in the same days. Health benefits w/ High Deductible rates.
