      My 15 year Anniversary

      Pros

      It's the best decision I made 15 years ago, by leaving the Telecommunication area, and now working with third party vendor contracts. I continue to learn in this role, and I feel the company cares about you as a person. We have great leadership in our area, and leaders who are great role models to learn from and help you grow in your career.

      Cons

      When COVID came into place, it was a struggle not to have the interaction with your team, like when we were in the office, but as time went on, we found ways to interact via Webex. We asked our employees, what could we do better to make them feel like we're still a Team. For me as a leader, there really isn't a cons, because I feel being remote has given me the work, life, balance we as employees all need to be successful at work, and have time for your family. Now remote may not be for everyone, but it has worked for me and for my team.

      PSCU has been very welcoming and professional since day one. I've seen PSCU grow, expand and prosper over so many years, in so many ways. I strongly admire the company's strong values, their employees, their dedication to their employees, and loyalty to their clients. Dave Serlo quoted, "Our employees are our most important asset." And PSCU continues to stand by that. I love coming to work every day and working together with my VPs, teams and co-workers in helping us all succeed. PSCU has top-of-the-line benefits and job opportunities. I don't know of a company that takes the amount of care, time, safety and concern with their employees and clients. I love PSCU, and cannot imagine working for a better company, and hope I can continue being a part of PSCU for as long as they'll have me!

      I cannot think of a single con. :)
