Pros

Generous PTO and benefits package. If you work hard you can get bonus.

Cons

Unprofessional management especially in Collections/Customer Service area. HR relies too much on "friendships" with long term/dead wood management to fill positions with family and friends. Does not promote fairly within its ranks and goes outside the company to promote even though there are good, qualified candidates within the company. Management should be required to bring their skills up to par with the latest technology and management styles to be able to participate in bringing this company into the 21st century.

The company typically provides a casual and comfortable work environment

Cons

There is some amount of "small company" politics that result in a lack of consistent direction from management

Pros

PSCU Financial Services values their employees and reward them with career-enhancing benefits like quarterly performance based incentive plans, tuition reimbursement and up to 18 days off your first year and eight paid holidays and immediate vesting in the 401k and good health benefits. The growth opportunities are there, you just need to know what direction you want to take. Dave Serlo is a great caring leader and is committed to his employees.

Cons

One part of the business is call center and there isn't flexiblity in schedule changes. Most all call center enviroments have the same policy. Understandablity it is important to ensure there is proper coverage to handle the call volume and take care of the cardholders.
