Pros

Work from home and supplies equipment.

Cons

Calls are back to back and it’s insanely hard to contact your sup for just about anything you may have concerns with. They allow things during training that will get you FIRED once on the floor.

Pros

Fun work place. Family feeling. I really do like working for PSCU-I do not feel like a number. They send out emails about how they are doing things within the company, and things that are on a different level. And I learn a lot from them doing that. Guaranteed 40 hours a week “A plus), overtime, and receiving time and a half on holidays. It is a Call Center “Expect, back to back calls” if you are not use to that, do not apply. PSCU is great about outlining “Back to back calls, Mandatory overtime” 24/7 Call Center. Way before you accept the job. They let you know what to expect on that aspect. PSCU is behind in technology/systems, while offering awesome technology to their clients (customers/members) the Employees are Working with outdated programs “Too many Programs” that can be condensed, which make for a frustrating work day. I use to cringe before I would sign on to work. PSCU should offer a more simple package for their clients. To allow at least 90% to agree on the same package. There are way too many articles an agent has to jump back in forth, for over 100 clients. The Metrics are a little much. “ You are rated on every single call and you have to have a high average for the amount of inbound and outbound calls you take per hour. If you do not meet this quota you will be criticized. “You have to follow a long list of unorganized uneasy to find scripts for the calls and if you do not stick to the script you are subtracted points and criticized by QA “who are contractors” Their systems are also extremely unorganized and not user friendly. “QA, CPH, Schedule Adherence, Errors, and Unscheduled Time” It seems like the PTO has changed. Benefits Premiums are too high. So that reduces what I get paid an hour/and bring home. New hires that do not qualify for the yearly bonus. Should get at least a $25-$50 Gift Card. Culture, Wage, WFH, PTO, Team Leads, 90 day ramp up period.

Cons

Benefits too high, Metrics, Restroom Break, Outdated Programs, Systems

Pros

The work is really simple and easy basic customer service job.

Cons

I feel that we can't help people as much as the company would like us to believe the majority of the time we have to refer customers to a department that's closed only open during business hours. We can only help people with very few things causing great dissatisfaction among customers leading employees to be unsatisfied with the job they have. For this reason I have began looking for better opportunities elsewhere.
