      Pros

      PSCU standouts above most companies when it comes to caring about their employees and their families and incentives personal wellness for employee to be and stay healthy as well as free counseling, they are always on what going on in the world and how it effects the company as well as the safety of all employees and the safety of the buildings when I worked at the office. I have worked for PSCU 18 years all together left after 12 1/2 years came back after 20 years later now my 5th year anniversary that speaks well on what I think of PSCU.

      Cons

      The health insurance deductible is very high to reach on entry level pay. And for single parent household.

      flexible schedules, employee assistance programs, competitive pay, employee bonuses, tuition reimbursement, excellent health insurance options, several opportunities for advancement, 401k matching, management continuously researches to discover more effective processes that help to increase employee productivity & satisfaction (I am very pleased with the new coaching model), employee recognition

      Cons

      System issues - which we can't control, but only work through. I am hoping to see more resolution with some of the issues that we encounter with different systems throughout the week. I find this to be biggest con of my position. Sometimes these issues prevent us from actually assisting the mbr, which can negatively affect morale.
