Pros

Full time with decent starting pay.

Cons

Poor phone lines hard to hear customer. Computers run slow hard to do job. Too much management all with differant standards and rules. Training is not effective.

Pros

Good training, good benefits package. Decent starting wage. This company seems to have many layers of management and you are watched like a hawk.

Cons

I will say I am finding out this place is unprofessional. Customers are rude and due to poor phone lines or bad phones often times it is impossible to understand what the customer is saying. The computers are slow and make following your script hard to do. You are not allowed to have your cell phone, pens or paper at your desk. This is like working in a prison. There is a high turn over rate, one of my trainers has only worked here for 3 months.
