Pros

Decent benefits, not a stressful job as long as you don't mind conversing with people all day. Good place to work if you are attending school or as a side job.

Cons

A waste of your time if you have a college degree. Management is non-existent if you have any questions or needs assistance with any issue. They basically don't really do anything all day. Very strict, seems like they want their employees to be robots and take calls all day. If calls are not coming in, be prepared to just stare at the computer screen and do nothing. Opportunities for growth and promotions are very limited, better off finding an opportunity elsewhere.

Pros

Generous PTO and benefits package. If you work hard you can get bonus.

Cons

Unprofessional management especially in Collections/Customer Service area. HR relies too much on "friendships" with long term/dead wood management to fill positions with family and friends. Does not promote fairly within its ranks and goes outside the company to promote even though there are good, qualified candidates within the company. Management should be required to bring their skills up to par with the latest technology and management styles to be able to participate in bringing this company into the 21st century.
