Pros
It pays the bills. Handful of higher ups that actually care for their employees.
Cons
Forced cross training with no compensation. Promotions are often times not true, you will end up doing your new job AND old job unless you push back hard. "Promotions into management" are a joke, I make more than a sup if i hit bonuses, and 5 hours of OT a week. I also received a Higher raise then the sup as well. By 200+ extra a yr.
