      Pros

      Remote work with management that trusts you to get the work done. If you show that you are diligent, responsible, reliable and trustworthy you will not be micro-managed. The company cares about the well-being of employees and work/life balance. The pay scale and benefits are competitive and decent.

      Cons

      If you are new coming in, remote work can be isolating. You have to make an effort to engage with others and it is not always easy. You may not receive a lot of direction, so you need to be a responsible, self-starter. If you do not have a college degree or specific experience in financial business, your opportunities to expand into new positions or for promotion are very limited.

      Pros

      PSCU is an amazing company to work for. The culture is great, the people are friendly and management has been open to recommendations. PSCU is committed to innovation while providing the best possible service to its vast network of financial institutions. While I’ve been working here for just over a year, it has been a great experience. I would highly recommend PSCU as a great place to work.
