Pros
One of the best reasons to work for PSCU is the culture! Many people say that but you truly feel it the day you start working for PSCU! From my leadership to the CEO, they care. They care about your career, growth (personally and professionally) and wellbeing and supply the tools to support you. They promote and encourage feedback, support diversity, they listen and implement changes for the good of the people.
Cons
Working with partners (vendors/companies) that do not have cutting edge technology (i.e. vendors/companies that still require outdated forms to be completed for certain requests).
