Pros

Company really seems to value employees and cares about them, close knit company

Cons

Pay was below market, there’s an almost shocking lack of diversity amongst upper management and c-suite, good old boys club and it’s hard to rise if you don’t fit the demographic, parental leave benefits are laughable

Pros

Benefits are decent, smoothies were good, available inventives.

Cons

If you have emergencies or anything tragic happens they don’t care. They penalize you even when you have a major death in the family. They don’t try to work with you. The pay is not good for all the work you do.

Pros

A great employee-focused organization and provides a lot of support and benefits for employees. More like a family or small community feel than a mid-size corporation. An exciting industry with exponential growth so constantly learning and building

Cons

Because of the breadth and pace of change, there is sometimes a feeling of constantly chasing and running and a lack of stability. This can overwhelm anyone not familiar with a growth company.
