Pros

Unlimited OT Welcoming management Great work/life balance Great benefits Team bonus Extensive training (the trainer Evan is FANTASTIC)

Cons

Very heavy call volume (if you are not comfortable with taking back to back calls ALL day and working in a fast pace environment this may not be the job for you) As with any call center, there are good and bad days. There are constant moving pieces/changes. If you are not acceptant of change, again this may not be the job for you.

Pros

This is a call center, but no sales. Only helping existing customers. Each call is quick, just by following the script. Very reasonable company goals that reward with monthly bonuses based on attendance, performance and ability to follow the script.

Cons

The only con is that not enough people work for the company. Our hold times have high peaks on the weekend and Friday, which is why I constantly recommend everyone I know to apply to work at PSCU.
