Pros

Time is given to attend both professional and personal development classes, tutorials, and seminars. We are encouraged to participate in growth activities beyond what is required. We are given regular reports on our stats so that we know which areas need attention for improvement, but there's no shame or blame, just encouragement. Lots of incentives for performance and improvement.

Cons

Schedule adherence is EXTREMELY STRICT. If you haven't clocked back in right at 15 minutes for a break, you are docked for that time. I'm just not used to how rigid that is. You can't stay 45 seconds late to make up for it, either. The health insurance offerings could be much better, though I will say I'm grateful for so many benefits otherwise.
