Pros
They have good benefits, focused on long term planning, and an excellent Executive Management. They treat their employees with respect and make the extra effort to ensure a healthy work/life balance. They are active in the community with volunteer opportunities and charitable contributions. Every employee is given a the chance to grow personally and advance professionally.
Cons
Their long term projects are not always planned to the level that would avoid obvious pain points, sometimes more focused on a date or "checking the boxes" rather than a successful implementation. There is some disfunction in the Dispute/Fraud departments as their communication to the clients and employees is inconsistent, inaccurate, or non-existent to such a level as it belies the organization's dedication to member service and frustrates staff.
