Cons

Management is condescending and backwards. You'll see coworkers being reprimanded for things that are unfair and confusing but if you question a manager don't hope on staying, even though in training they'll encourage you to question them . For your first year they'll give you the least amount of PTO and sick days. For every minute you're late your pay is docked. They'll say over and over about how they're a caring 'people' company but only take actions that'll increase their revenue dispute how much it affects their employees. All the managers are relatively new and most do a poor job. It's easy to advance because not a lot of people stay. They can be passive aggressive, often changing the mood in the training and sometimes out on the floor. The pay is so high because you're going to be yelled at constantly while dealing with unrealistic job expectations and poor management.
