Good pay for just graduating...but OT is not always approved.
Cons
Micromanagement on every task and assignment; no room to flex all the creativity engineers usually are hired for. Systems Engineers are basically the paralegals of the engineering world, 95 % of the job is remedial administrative tasks that require shifting through documents and reports all day. They frequently hire very qualified young engineers and "use and abuse" them. Most leave after only a few years with a sour taste.
