Pros

Nice offices, free coffee, lots of work, high energy atmosphere, ability to manage multi million dollar projects.

Cons

Very poor management. Management seem to all be competing to advance and go to greener pastures at the expense of thevProject Managers and other staff. This might be due to the reason that they have been promoted to the level of incompetence.
