Business Outlook
Pros
Most folks are easy to work with and friendly , PS is the customer so we control deliverables, therefore work isn't extremely tedious and overbearing , good work life balance , good community environment and events and teamwork
Cons
Positions are hardly backfilled so the same amount of dispersed amongst fewer people , pay is okay but they do not reward loyal talent or keep up with market pay standards , I've voiced concerns with losing good talent due to stagnant pay and instead the company focuses on inclusion
