Busy and poorly managed

Pros

Employees you work with are helpful. Pay and benefits are good after some years in.

Cons

Overwhelmed call center for the entire state. Supervisors not giving enough time to resolve calls before throwing another call your way while you are finalizing previous call without explanation. Favoritism. Dealt with racial discrimination as well. Union was zero help.

People you work with No room for growth NEVER file a complaint (especially about sexual harassment) because then you get investigated. Sexual harassment All about “who you know” to get hired and promoted
