      -Stability -Huge opportunities for lateral movement -decent benefits (although they constantly keep getting trimmed) -Good company name

      Cons

      -Benefits get cut little by little -Union Labor is detrimental to company productivity -Promotions are based on "time in company" vs "what you did during your time in the company" -Company is focused on social engineering instead of the actually retaining employees and promoting effeciency -Poor performers are often times promoted or put into meaningless positions instead of being terminated. People who are competent are often times stuck where they are because nobody else is capable to do their job.
