      Very safety minded.must review the safety tagging rules.enforce all rules to all employees.

      Cons

      Very hard to work rotating shift.but there are those who love it and the time off. Company and union must work together for better relationship.

      There is a lot of opportunity for Environmental Health and Safety professionals to be found here. The union staff are especially engaged and contribute to the safety culture through local and business councils. The pay is also exceptional,

      With the opportunity comes a great challenge. As it is an older company, many older mentalities remain even though they are beginning to turn the page. Bring your positive mentality and flexibility as the resistance will be great.
